2 Immediate Cessation of Creditor Demands (Junin Tsuji):
As soon as you formally retain our legal services, we immediately issue an Official Notice of Representation (Junin Tsuji) to your creditors. Under Japanese law, creditors must stop all direct contact, calls, and collection demands to you once they receive this notice.
